Greetings.

Although I do not have an account on LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter (X), Instagram, Snapchat etc. as it has not been of personal interest, I decided to modernize and be digitally "connected". As an alternative to engaging in social media I created this website to offer information about my life and related activities. I felt this site would be of interest and advantageous for assorted reasons.

This effort is intended to update those who:

already know me,

are interested in knowing me,

have collaborated with me,

and those that have been part of my life.

It is important in the modern era that others can attain factual information about me and my life, both personally and professionally.  This site and information contained within is self-explanatory and thanks for finding it of interest.

Within this site I have included various materials and specifically 15+ real estate case studies which occurred under my leadership and most often created from my direct real estate efforts. This site is further intended to provide a clear and comprehensive understanding into my real estate abilities, primary accomplishments and how I am perceived by those around me.

To best understand me, I have incorporated over 150+ testimonials and reference letters from other individuals. These are people whom I have worked for, worked with, and those who worked for me. These detailed testimonials range from various Clients; a University President; a Priest; a Rabbi; a Dean of Students; national real estate executives and interns (analysts), as examples. Through my prior company these real estate analysts/interns spent time with me often attained class credit but countless also arrived to gain important work experience (over 200+ individuals). These testimonials are also self-explanatory, extensive in quantity and provided to me over an extended period (30+ years).
