An extraordinary and highly sustainable new development underway that will transform Boulder and construction methodologies / way of thinking. I appreciated this brief and most valuable professional opportunity with Boulder Commons and its experienced and innovative development team.  This project allowed me to win a national sustainability real estate contest from within a 55,000+ person USA real estate company.  The recent all inclusive trip to Costa Rica to experience one the top eco-resorts in the world for a week with my wife was extraordinary.

This recent sustainable real estate knowledge and related experiences have proven highly advantageous and intellectually beneficial.
