Results
A successful property acquisition and development endeavor which provides affordable memory care services to those in significant need. Subject property acquired by a local 501c3 (not-for profit) in Q4 2020 following comprehensive analyses and diligent investment consideration. The existing building is a single-story senior living facility exclusively designed to serve memory care patients. There are 18 separate units, providing memory care (MC) services. The building is situated on a 2.70 acre site which has room for two (2) additional buildings of at least 18 units each, for a total of 54 potential units. In addition, there is a separate 1.04 acre site which is considered excess land. Project amenities include a courtyard, sitting rooms, office, activity room, dining room, conference and community rooms.
