Results

The Church at Hidden Lake (our client) retained its Church facility, necessary land underneath, and sold the unused northern two acres at a substantial price which allowed for the elimination of “all” Church debt and significant remaining proceeds including monies for mission, property improvements, deferred maintenance and ensuring its legacy for generations. In addition, a new residential community of 26 dwelling units is under development and soon arriving next door to the Church.

A most important result from this endeavor is that The Church at Hidden Lake has now achieved financial security / stability so it can exist well into the future to continue its mission and serve its community.

The Church at Hidden Lake is one of “many” Church client relationships that now exists within Real Estate 501c3.

The Church at Hidden Lake provides an applicable case study on countless benefits of activating dormant, unused, excess land upon Church and 501c3 (not-for profit) property.

A win, win, win, win……

An "off market" transaction.
