Through my fiduciary real estate efforts and commitment to protect Faith Based Organizations, I was hired by Rabbi Wilhelm to identify and then acquire a Chabad House in close proximity to the University of Colorado, CU Boulder campus.

After extensive efforts and diligence, the Chabad House property (909 14th Street) was acquired for Chabad in an off-market transaction at favorable pricing.

The Chabad property currently offers 29 residential units (providing ongoing income to the Chabad organization), various meeting rooms, countless amenities, and most important worship / gathering space for Jewish Students attending the University of Colorado.
