Results
The First Presbyterian Church of Brighton (our client) retained its Church facility, necessary land underneath, and sold the unused southern five (5) acres at a substantial price which allowed for the elimination of “all” Church debt and significant remaining proceeds including monies for mission, property improvements, deferred maintenance and ensuring its legacy for generations. In addition, and deemed equally as important, a new affordable residential community of approximately 102 housing dwelling units is now under design and will ultimately arrive next door to the Church and provide an extraordinary humanitarian impact.
An important result from this endeavor is that First Presbyterian Church of Brighton has now achieved further financial security / stability so it can exist well into the future to continue its mission and serve its community.
First Presbyterian Church of Brighton, Colorado is one of “many” Church client relationships that now exists within Real Estate 501c3.

“This feels like the end of a very long, very intense exercise that is absolutely serving our values and our community. Each of us can not only breathe a huge sigh of relief and accomplishment, but also rest assured that we have followed the urging of our God (and our pastor!)”.
“I would also like to take this opportunity to thank Shane and Heather for their relentless pursuit of our goals, recognizing that they wrangled our random and scattered ideas and wrested them into a cohesive package that netted us a result that will realize everything we set out to achieve. Without them there is no way that we'd be knocking on this door.”
